Contemporary Royal/Shed Combi – with Pent Roof and Overhang

Our best-selling summerhouse featuring the Contemporary Royal with built in shed area.  So, you get a summer house plus a separate room for all your storage needs!  With a 900mm security door including internal hinges and a padbolt protector added to the shed area and the Royal layout of double doors/4 windows, this really does give you the best of both worlds!  We highly recommend you add a Firestone Rubber roof, this material is totally impervious, maintenance free and evades the need for a re-felt, ever!

You can add the internal cladding package and one of our electrical packages to the summerhouse area, to really transform this building and turn it into something that can be used all year round.

Choose your overall size from the table below, then divide that up into summerhouse and shed areas i.e 12×10 overall size = 8×10 summer house area and 4×10 shed area. For the Internal Cladding Package please contact us for prices when you have decided on the summerhouse/shed split
