Contemporary and styish, our best-selling summerhouse and it’s not hard to see why. This modern and luxurious building comes with double doors and four windows as standard, an ideal building for relaxing with the family or entertaining friends. With an array of optional extra’s available the possibilities for the Contemporary Royal are endless!
It is also very popular with customers who are looking to make this building into a home office or a place to run their business from. By adding the internal cladding package and an electrical package, you straight away enhance the use of this building!
We would highly recommend that you add a Firestone rubber roof, this material is maintenance free, totally impervious and carries a 25 year guarantee.
Please note that as the Royal has a 2ft roof overhang, the size of the rubber roof you require is one size bigger. i.e. If you order a 10×8 Royal, the size of the rubber roof you require is 10×10.
