The split of the building is entirely up to you, choose the size of the office area and the size the storage area you require, we’ll do the rest!

This building includes all of the above standard Uber Haus – Pent style roof features, as well as:

• RAL 7016 – UPVC door to the storage area
• Platinum plus electrical package – includes all of the standard Uber Haus package, along with a strip light, double socket (white) and a switch (white) inside the storage area
• Fully cladded and insulated storage area
• Upgrades available including 2.4m bi folding doors, 1.8/2.1/2.4m sliding doors or extra windows
• Please note that the back panel is cladded with 12mm tanalised cladding

The Uber Haus sizes start from 2m x 24m. Sizes under 9m2 are priced at £1495 per square metre. Sizes over 9m2 are priced at £1325 per square metre.

Plastered finishes are available, price on request.
